Because our products are art prints and custom-made portraits, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In that case, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
